The one you get from the panku street food counter in Asda it’s the only thing I ate today that contained syns I had it for my dinner and it was 662kcals so I have eaten around 1499 cals today in total maybe a little less but I can’t stop thinking about the what the syns might be for the chicken feeling very worried is the chicken free and just the breading and sauce synned? I’m new to this I can’t find anything about it online I don’t have the app

Does it come in a packet with a specific name/weight on op? Got these results but not sure what I'm looking for!

I have the app, happy to search for you if you have more details.

When you cant find a listed food, its 20 calories a syn so it will show as 33

However chicken is free food so it then becomes tricky

Personally Id divide it by 3 justifying 2/3rd of the weight was chicken ( hopefully ) so Id guesstimate 11- 12 syns - maybe a bit higher to protect your weightloss ??

To be really safe, id only eat free food for the rest of the day

@suki1964 this is what it looked like(pic from Google) but no rice or anything else just the chicken sauce and whatever kind of breading with sesame seeds the sauce was gochujang sauce if that helps I ate mostly syn free the next day as I had the chicken for my dinner the previous night
