Slimming world changes

I followed slimming world for years a while ago and it was the only plan I ever managed to stick to successfully. I now need to lose a bit of weight again and want to follow slimming world again. I never officially joined last time and I just done it successfully at home and was in a few helpful ideas and syns groups (vegetarian) but they aren’t active anymore. It’s been about 3.5 years since I was fully following SW is there anything specific that has changed over the last few years? How do you work out syns if following at home? And is there a list of hexa/hexb anywhere I could find? Is there a syns calculator anywhere or do you have to join group for this?

You can do it online and use the app and register instantly. I know it costs money but it's a great way to have all the resources. If you feel you don't need the plan after that, maybe cancel after that.

I joined, noted down all the syn values of things I liked, then stopped going after a few weeks.
I'm quite introverted though and don't really enjoy being part of a group so it suited me, if I needed the accountability of attending then I would have still gone.

The SW magazine is good for recipes and has syn values of snacks and new products plus there's so many Instagram accounts with successful members sharing recipe ideas that I never missed not going.
