I’ve been on and off dieting etc for a while. I’m going to start slimming world whole heartedly tomorrow instead of half arsedly because I need to be weighed and have the real life accountability right now. I’m going to keep this tread updated and post all my meals, exercise everything for anyone it might help. I’m well aware that it’s about a calorie deficit and that there is no such thing as free food and that unlimited pasta is ridiculous so hopefully me knowing that will make this a meaningful thread for anyone in the future looking to see how it all pans out.
