I’ve completed my bronze and silver body magic without many problems by mainly walking.
This week I’ve started the gold challenge which is 150 mins spread across 5 days including 2 x strengthening…
so far this week since Monday in addition to a dog walk I’ve incorporated 15 mins on an exercise bike followed by around 15 mins using hand weights following YouTube arm/abs type workouts. Is that ok for working towards gold? Will it aid my weight loss?
I want the weight loss but I’d be happy with general body changes too so will this be enough to help? I’m aiming for 5 days a week of exercise doing something similar to this.
im a bit of an exercise novice it’s been a while since I did much movement other than walking! So any constructive advice will be taken on board :)
