I’ve completed my bronze and silver body magic without many problems by mainly walking.
This week I’ve started the gold challenge which is 150 mins spread across 5 days including 2 x strengthening…
so far this week since Monday in addition to a dog walk I’ve incorporated 15 mins on an exercise bike followed by around 15 mins using hand weights following YouTube arm/abs type workouts. Is that ok for working towards gold? Will it aid my weight loss?
I want the weight loss but I’d be happy with general body changes too so will this be enough to help? I’m aiming for 5 days a week of exercise doing something similar to this.

im a bit of an exercise novice it’s been a while since I did much movement other than walking! So any constructive advice will be taken on board :)

Gold is 150 mins a week of any exercise over 8 weeks

I have to input a lot of mine as SW doesn't support my watch, just my phone, but its easy enough to update via the web site ( I cant find it on the app )

For Gold you have to do 2 sessions of weight bearing/strengthening exercise as part of your weekly amount - some exercise is annotated as strengthening on the app when you log them (eg HIIT)
your arm workouts with weights will count, but you need to ensure you add them as the correct exercise type in the app to show as a gold week.
