Just started and anyone else find your bowels overactive. Are there any creamy sauces that are syn free? Thanks

There’s a chicken in white sauce Tin from Aldi that is 1 syn

otherwise look at making with quark, yoghurt, soft cheese (syn or healthy extra) like cheese triangles

another suggestion is download the app and log in, take to a supermarket and scan a few things, decide how many you’re willing to spend on a sauce, packet mixes might be slightly less than jars for example. Don’t forget most Packets/jars will serve 4 so you can split syns. Don’t be frightened to use syns on things you will enjoy and leave you satisfied
