Dieting whilst doing night shifts!!

Guys I need help!!!
I have recently joined slimming world and I am finding it extremely hard to diet whilst working nightshifts.
I do double shifts at work
I do 4:30-830pm then 11:30-4:30am 4 in 4 off
I work in a staff canteen so I'm literally always around food and with me working unreasonable hours I'm finding it hard as I'm eating at 2am in the morning as that's my lunch time ect. (I don't know when to eat or not)
Can someone give me advice on what you would do???

I don’t eat on night shifts, I have my dinner before and then breakfast when I get home. If I’m really struggling I’ll have some yogurt and granola.

Eat when it suits you... pick a time that makes sense as your reset point for the day for syns and healthy extras and you’ll be fine.

I go to a Saturday morning group, so quite a few shift workers and nurses etc. Some eat meals at what time it is no matter what point their day is at, others do breakfast is when they get up even if it’s afternoon, doesn’t seem to make any difference at all.
