Guys I need help!!!
I have recently joined slimming world and I am finding it extremely hard to diet whilst working nightshifts.
I do double shifts at work
I do 4:30-830pm then 11:30-4:30am 4 in 4 off
I work in a staff canteen so I'm literally always around food and with me working unreasonable hours I'm finding it hard as I'm eating at 2am in the morning as that's my lunch time ect. (I don't know when to eat or not)
Can someone give me advice on what you would do???
