Help a lazy girl out with slimming

So, started slimming world a few weeks ago and finding it hard to stick to due to stress and general tiredness.

I'm struggling with quick filling meals. I don't mind having a lack of variety as long as it's fast, filling and moderately tasty. I work full time and walk to work so don't want to be carrying my entire fridge around with me all day.

Any SW friendly food ideas which fit the brief?

I make a basic pasta sauce, tinned toms, puree, mixed herbs, stock cube, onion, maybe a few frozen veg, and have it with pasta, fusilli or similar stirred in. I don't eat meat, but will probably save one of my A choices (I always have cheese) grated on the top. Without the added cheese, can batch cook and freeze.

If you put "quick" in the recipe search on the app it comes up with some recipes.

A quick meal idea that doesn’t involve the expensive Iceland meals

ASDA
Boil in bag rice (4 pack) £1 (boils in 20 mins) no syns
Tinned chilli £1.90 Stagg vegetable chilli is SW free!!
My nearest ASDA were out of stock last Monday so I had to get a tin of the normal chilli think it worked out 4.5 syns over two meals.

First night I had half tin of chilli, rice and some broccoli
Second night - remaining half of tin on a baked jacket potato

Lunch times, I’ve still got to attempt to give making home made pot noodles a go, I won the raffle first week back in group where I got an insulated flask for this idea.
