What are the rules?

Hi, I'm after some help. I did Slimming World a few years ago and it really worked for me. (I know it's not brilliant, but I felt a lot happier having done it).

I now need to lose a stone, but have completely forgotten the rules...

What was Hex B?
And Hex B?

And it was 15 syns...is that the same?

Any advice would get much appreciated!

You now get 2 hex a which is dairy (milk, cheese) and 1 hex b which is fibre (bread, cereal etc)

Still max 15 syns unless over a certain weight
