Feeling fatter than ever

Hey so I've rejoined a couple of weeks ago and have lost 6lbs so far. Really pleased and the best part is that I'm finding it easy to stay 100% on track and within syns.

However this week I'm sooooo bloated and windy and feel like I'm bigger than ever. I even just weighed myself out of interest and I've put on a bit

Got till Friday to de puff myself 🤣. Is it too many carbs? I've increased them I guess this week as I was fed up of just salad or stir fry for lunch so have been having pasta salad etc.

Help!!!

Slimming world has been scientifically prooved not to work. More people end up with eating disorders via going to slimming world.
My nutritionist told my daughter never ever to go back... SW left her and many many others he's come across with a binge / over eating disorder.
Contact your health care provider to see a qualified nutritionist and stop wasting money to just get weighed and be shamed.

Thanks but that's not answering the question.

I've lost 2 and a half stone doing slimming world. I also drink 3 litres of water and day, jog 5k 3 times a week, do a clubbercise class and walk. If you're eating lots of carbs drink loads of water.

I'm sat with a large water and will aim to drink more, wonder if that's part of it. I'll have to see if I've got some ryvita in the back of the cupboard good call..if not weetabix might do same thing haha

It could do lol. I tend to have cheerios, overnight oats or fruit ryvita for breakfast, baked potato or leftovers or a vegetable pasta dish for lunch and then dinner is whatever we're eating as a family. I find I feel better since I have been drinking the 3l of water.
