Non- sweetener stuff

I have IBS and I think one of my triggers might be sweeteners as my guts have been a bit of a nightmare since starting SW two weeks ago. Anyone else managed to not go down the sweetener= “fat free” route eg Muller lights etc.?
Tips much appreciated. I’ve been trying to use syns on foods like pesto in my pasta or making meals nicer rather than “treats” at all.

Greek yoghurt with fruit in, stew up some apples or soft fruits and have a little compote in the fridge to dollop into it

I dont believe in low fat greek yogurt though

I've never had a Muller light , I have soya yoghurt or Greek full fat instead which doesn't seem to make any difference to weight loss. I stopped diet coke and drink sparkling water now.
