Not a wheelchair user but very limited mobility. What seems to be the problem, happy to help if I can?

Hi, I’ve been doing slimming world for ages but just can’t get to grips with losing weight.

Have you lost any? Are you going to group or doing it on line? What does a daily menu look like for you?

I’ve been in group for two years. Since February I’ve had a really sore injured shoulder and haven’t been able to do any exercise with it. I’m a wheelchair user and still have to get around but that’s it. My diet has gone out the window too. I try hard to stick to it and it’s easy when I’m at work but when I’m not it’s murder

Sorry about your injury. SW will only work if you stick to it , sadly!

Hey know it's been a while since you posted.
How are things going? Have you spoken to your consultant?

Animallover2325 · 24/09/2023 11:54

No I’ve always taken care of it myself. My doctors know I go to slimming world
