What’s your favourite SW meal?

been a member for a while now but I am lacking inspiration when it comes to making slimming friendly meals. I use instagram a lot for meal ideas and search online but I am getting bored of making the same food and just wondered what is your favourite meal to make?

Stir fry just about anything. Great way to use up veggies lurking in the fridge. Spice it up, loads of garlic, cook some dried noodles then stir those in. I like firm tofu in it, sometimes I'll add one or two eggs instead while cooking. Infinite variations are possible.

Gammon or fish with baked tomatoes and portobello mushrooms, easy to fill a third of the plate with superfree food. Sometimes use syns for some parsley sauce. I usually have Sw chips or a baked potato.

I have a lovely breakfast with raspberries, strawberries, skyr yog and a spoonful of dark chocolate chips. Feels so indulgent but only 2-3 syns. Sometimes, depending on how im planning to use my b choice that day, I might add some granola as a heB. Delicious!

i also like the wrap pizzas using the wrap as HeB and cheese as HeA.

Sweet and Sour chicken, have made it almost weekly for years, much better than jar or take away bought!

Jacket, cheese, beans, ham, salad.
SW recipe for pulled pork, mash, sweetcorn, coleslaw. If you make it too vinegary, add a tiny bit of bicarb at a time until it's balanced (I dropped the bottle when pouring once!):

Ham, egg, chips and veg/salad.
Full English breakfast.
Curries with 0% fat plain yoghurt if you want a creamy sauce. I make chickpea, lentil or potato side dishes like chana masala or use tinned potatos for a dry curry. Daal is great. Mix yoghurt and mint sauce for a dip.
Chilli
Spag bol or make meatballs for dinner variety
Cheeseburgers (make the patty yourself or buy the Iceland SW ones - they are actually really good)
Tofu soffritas
Nasi goreng
Buddha bowls
Baked chicken and veg with potatoes
Meatloaf
Chicken caesar salad

I've adapted lots of Gousto box recipes. This week it's pork mince skewers with chilli, soy, garlic and ginger, chicken and mushroom pasta with quark, smoked paprika and chilli, peanut noodles (satay) and just syn the peanut butter, and Udon noodle soup.

Basically, there's very little you would eat which can't be made suitable unless you want a fully pastry encased pie or something in batter. Or proper hollandaise sauce.
