A random question about SW and noodles

Hi. I plan to join SW after my holiday next week. Obviously until I do, I won't have my information pack, hence my question to you.
One thing that I occasionally love, as a snack, is instant noodles. Batchelor's super noodles, and that kind of thing.
Are they what you would call a 'free food' or a 'syn food'? As you can see, I've been doing my research Grin
And if the latter, is there a low syn option?
Will be using this board a lot more in the coming weeks, and looking forward to making your acquaintance Smile
Thanks!

I think those are around 10 syns for a pack. They do low fat ones for 2 syns.

I have made my own free version using dried noodles and chicken stock or vegetable stock and adding in chopped up really small pieces of sweetcorn and carrots.

Have a lovely holiday and good luck on your journey 😊

I have mugshots which range from 1.5 to 4.5 syns. I find them filling for lunch.
