day our planned with the kids today and have promised them a McDonald’s lunch. Any tips of the best choice to make ? Thank you

I never get the chips (I don't like them anyway). Usually go for either a grilled chicken wrap or sometimes a fillet o fish.

I either have the grilled chicken wrap no sauce with salad and a diet drink or a kids chicken nugget happy meal with a diet drink

There is calorie information on the app/online, I know you are doing SW not calorie counting but that will be a good guide to what the 'healthiest' thing is.

Don't have one, it's honestly not worth it on SW. take a healthy snack and eat it before or after your kids have had their McDonalds.

I just wouldn't have one. Or have what you want. Having something half way is worst of both worlds. Its neither good for slimming or satisfying like a Big Mac would be. One cheat meal in an otherwise healthy week is fine.

Having said that chicken nuggets are 250 for 6 plus the side salad with no dressing would be fine.

I do understand that you don't want to take your own lunch and 'miss out' but it's a downward slope.
Use the SW app if you're serious.
I say this as a target member.
