I lost 3 stone and got to my target 3.5 years ago. I managed to maintain it for years…..until December just gone. We had a very stressful house move then Christmas happened, new job. And I let things slip. I’m only 7lbs over my target but am determined not to let it go up anymore. Especially as I’m off to Croatia on a hen do next month!
for breakfast I’ve just had 40g fruit and fibre cereal topped with chopped strawberries with milk measured from my HE. Cup of coffee with 2 sweeteners and milk from my allowance.
On a day out with the kids today and a McDonald’s lunch has been promised to them, not sure what’s best to have any suggestions ??
