Weighing on a different day

Can anyone tell me when the SW week starts? I usually weigh at a group on a Wednesday, I can't make it today, can I go on Saturday? Even though that's longer than 7 days since my last weigh? But then go back to normal next Wednesday?

So it would be:
Wednesday 18th Jan
Saturday 28th Jan
Wednesday 1st Feb

I hope the SW week runs Monday - Sunday and you can weigh any day that week, does it?

I think Saturday is the last day of the SW week.

Can you text your consultant to check?

Actually I think you are right @tbtf I weigh on a Saturday and that is the last possible day but only because there are no Sunday classes near me. So the week starts Monday..

The SW week starts on a Sunday… so yes, you should be able to go next Saturday without incurring back fees…. But check with your consultant!

@tbtf how did you get on, I'm in the same boat this week. Due to weigh in today but can't make it and was thinking of going to a Saturday morning group instead.

@Alcyone hiya, yep it was fine. So we can go any day of the week. A new week starts each Monday so it doesn't matter if you haven't had 7 days between weigh ins. You'll be absolutely fine to go on Saturday
