Had a baby early last year and obviously gained alot of weight. I'm normally about 9st 10lbs/10st round about this. However 6 months PP I was 12st 5lbs. 13 weeks of slimming world and I was 11st on the dot. Felt and looked great. I've not done it since like October and I've only gained 3lbs.

I feel like if I'd gained more I'd be more motivated to get started but I managed 2 days and gave in yesterday and I'm fuming with myself.

Any tips please on how I mentally stick to it. I actually enjoy it once I'm in the swing I just need to get there. TIA

@jolbnrm It's so hard isn't it. I'm hoping for February and March to be a fresh start on it! Have you started?

Congratulations on having a baby and taking steps towards healthy living with Slimming World! Instead of focusing on what you can’t eat, focus on all the delicious, healthy foods you can eat. Regular exercise can help boost your mood, increase energy levels, and aid weight loss. Remember, weight loss is a journey, and it’s okay to have setbacks. Don’t be too hard on yourself and keep trying. You can also play games like geometry dash lite, I often play or listen to music, and watch movies to help relax, which is also an extremely effective way to reduce stress and lose weight.

Weight during pregnancy not only reflects the health of the mother, but also the development of the fetus in the uterus. The amount of weight gain during pregnancy is estimated based on the weight of the pregnant woman before pregnancy. Donkey Kong
