I have yo yo ed mainly up over the last 10 years.
2016 i took up c25k and with Sw lost loads of weight, felt amazing was down to 10.5 st
Weighed myself today and I'm up to 17st 4
I know I have had a really bad year and felt quite stressed, peri menopause etc but I was shocked / horrified at my weight again.
I feel disgusted with my self for getting this bad and being in denial.
So tomorrow I'm starting again Sw online,
Im setting myself a target of 2 stone in 12 weeks by Easter by sticking to Sw. And doing at least 3 x 45 excercise classes a week.
Any one with a big weight loss want to be my buddy ?

I have a similar amount to lose. How do you find slimming world?

Why dont you set yourself food targets rather than weight. If you dont lose that weight the way you want to, you'll become depressed and eat more
Why not set a target for 7 fruit and veg a day
Your exercise classes a week
So many grams of fat or protein a day (whichever suits, or something similar)
Attendance at the classes every week

Hiya Rainy
I started SW on Monday, I am going to meetings as I hear you are much more likely to succeed if you do. I wanted to do it online and continue hiding away but this is it, I'm going to be successful this time.
You sound really busy, I'm just talking about myself here. I think having a buddy and being accountable to someone is key.
I weighed in at 18 stone. I feel disgusted with myself but I've only got myself to blame.
I'm writing down what I have for each meal. Will you post here what you're eating? Or we can pm each other, I'd love that
I'm 5ft 10 so my target is 12 stone which takes me to a 12\14. So I've 6 to lose. I felt good reading the pp say its taken ten months to lose 6 stone. I am picturing myself at Christmas being happy with my size.
