SW podcast re Goal Setting

Just listened to this podcast and found it less irritating than usual!

What I took from it was

Set goals that matter to you (not for example because doc has told you to lose weight)

Measure by other than weight eg how many steps a day, no of syns, measuring milk

Celebrate by means other than food and drink eg new lipstick, new recipe book

So for me it's
To fit into clothes better
10000 steps a day
New (cheapie) perfume

What goals and celebrations do you have?

i will have a look for that podcast and listen to it. I listend to the one on club 10, but found the ladies a bit annoying so will give this one a go. for goals, i want the trousers that i am squeezing into to be more comftable to begin with, but i loose weight very slowly unless can get lots of excercise in, and its not the weather at the mo! really need to find another excercise i enjoy to help. so... fit clothes i own better, up the steps/excercise and treat to a new book.

@pappajonessecretchild I think the best podcasts are where they talk to other people eg Mr Sleek on 28 Oct and the Clean Slate one on 2 Sept.
