What I took from it was
Set goals that matter to you (not for example because doc has told you to lose weight)
Measure by other than weight eg how many steps a day, no of syns, measuring milk
Celebrate by means other than food and drink eg new lipstick, new recipe book
So for me it's
To fit into clothes better
10000 steps a day
New (cheapie) perfume
