Just did first week back not "on plan" exactly but stopped all wine and chocolate and crisps and made more SW meals, veg. Soup no bread
I KNOW that's not on plan and I stayed the same which was fine as I knew I'd not been on plan BUT I've been so hungry. Veg based meals without halloumi/ feta (previously used Gousto ) have left me hungry an hour later. I don't want to snack but DH who eats My meals but snacks on cooked meat has lost 9lb in a fortnight!
I need to increase protein or snack on protein maybe ? All help/ stern talking to is welcome!!
