New member and usually a calorie counter.
Not sure I can trust the plan to lose weight without counting calories.
It seems a lot of faff to try to follow SW and also count calories when I may not need to.
Does anyone else? Or if you have in the past did it change any of your SW eating habits?
For example pasta and rice is free but can be high calories if you have a lot, so would you weigh it just to keep a check?
