I have been full keto for 2.5 years and this diet has been fantastic for me (fully aware it doesn't work for everyone) but I love it, it is a real way of life for me, to the extent I took several courses in order to study it correctly.
Obviously with the baby in the way, I know it isn't a health diet to be on, as well as my craving being mostly spaghetti bolognese!
Can anyone tell me what syn allowance is recommended in pregnancy. SlimmingWorld is looking the best and most comfortable over the next few months to prevent me eating my body weight in chocolate and pasta!
