So finally got to the stage where u am desperate to lose weight. I am the biggest I've been and need to shift about 3 stone. Some friends have done SW and lost loads, kept it off and swear by it but I am just so unsure. I've done fitness pal and the 2 are so different. One restricting calories which I am struggling with as I like to snack (especially when bored) and the other eat what you like if its free!
My brain can't compute this as calories counting makes sense to me.
Cam someone help me understand if SW is worth it as need to shift pounds!

I love slimming world as it works for me, I eat fresh home cooked meals and don’t need to count calories when making them. Are you considering joining a group?
