So, the principles of SW work for me if I do it honestly and properly but I hate the classes with a vengeance.
I have a stone to lose and 12 weeks before my holiday so am threatening myself that I either get it off or I have to go back to class 😂.
Today I've had fruit first thing then porridge mid morning as I normally have porridge first then am starving and craving crumpet/ bagel mix morning.
I've also weighed my porridge to get 40g - nigh on half what I've been having 😳
