I’ve just done some calculations and 6 Syns of avocado gives 11g fat and 5.2g fibre compared with walnuts at 11g fat and only 1.2g fibre. Wholemeal bread gives 1.6g fat and 3.4g fibre.
It looks like avocado is the best for healthy fats AND fibre.
Why isn’t it included as an official HEB?
