Week 2 Feeling Rubbish

Brand new to SW and doing it to get baby weight off after overindulging in pregnancy. But now baby is 16 weeks old, I'm not BFing and I have about 3 stone to lose its time to get on it! Signed up did my first week and lost half a stone! This week after sticking to plan 100%, I've lost half a pound...I'm sure that's the error on the scales so not even a loss! I'm feeling really disheartened after such a huge loss and it all feels pointless. I'm 14 stone 10 and want to be 11 stone 7. Also done lots of walking and exercise too. Heeellppp :-(

That sounds brilliant, probably as you had a big loss last week it's stabilised just for this week and you'll have a loss next week.

As pp said. Also, weight loss can vary according to TOTM. There's an oldish SW podcast about Gains where the presenters discuss this.

If it helps, as well as weighing, measure your waist each week. You may find if you don't get a scales loss one week, you will still get an inches loss.

But averaged out over two weeks thats nearly 4 pounds a week which is very good.

Completely normal OP.

7 1/2 pounds over 2 weeks is excellent.

I'm in the same boat as you, trying to lose the baby weight. I have 2 stone to lose. I was 14 1/12 pounds and now 13 stone.

Its taken me 9 weeks to lose 15 1/2 pounds. You can definitely do it, every loss is a loss.
