Today is the beginning of my journey.
So today is:
BREAKFAST: 2 oranges, green tea
LUNCH: 2 egg sandwich (6 syns for extra bread and ketchup) water
DINNER: 2 chicken drumsticks, rice and mixed greens. (1 syn) water
DESSERT: 1 banana and slimming world pancake with chocolate sauce (4 syns for sauce and 4 syns for pancake) squash
SNACK: peppermint tea and a plum.
