I’m going into hospital next week for a operation and when I come out I’m going to need some easy things to reheat. Can anyone give me ideas of what I can make/buy?

Takeaway containers from pound land 8 for 1.25.

Then cook slimming world friendly food. When I batch cook, its usually chicken breast, pasta with pesto, and vegetables, or rice and vegetables.

What about cooking a meal that would usually feed a family like spag Bol, cottage pie, chilli con carni, pasta bake. Then splitting into take away containers.

Sorry I was meant to also type that I hope you're OK, and that the surgery goes well and I wish you a speedy recovery Flowers

Iceland do frozen slimming world ready meals, they're really hearty portions as well I don't do slimming world but I can recommend them.

My batch cook meals are, chilli, bolognese, chicken dhansak, taco mince, fajitas. I portion them out into food bags instead of boxes and lay them flat in the freezer to save space. They defrost much quicker too.
