I really need to crack on and get back to sw

I've been to groups in the past and it's not for me so trying to follow the plan at home

I haven't paid for the online membership yet as I've got the books from last time

Can I please check if they are still the current ones? It's got 2 A choices and 1 B choice

I'm planning to re read the books tomorrow and do a meal plan for the week

Thanks

It’s last year’s book but the plan hasn’t changed.

superstar84 · 12/02/2022 08:54

Thanks that's great news!

So it's still 2A's, 1B and 5-15 syns with 1/3 of plate speed food?

I'm going to try and do it without the online membership if I can this time as it ends up quite expensive

Yip same plan
A couple of syn values have changed but nothing major

BusterGonad · 12/02/2022 09:58

The easiest way to work out syns is 1 syn equals 20 calories.

Brilliant thanks everyone you've saved me some money!

I'm going to do my plan tomorrow and start on Friday as we've already had this weeks food shopping arrive and it's half term!

@BusterGonad

The easiest way to work out syns is 1 syn equals 20 calories.
That only works for foods that are purely treats like sweets/crisps/biscuits/cake etc
