Would be good to do it with someone! DH sticks to the plan on a 'sort of' basis and most of my friends have no weight to lose! I've lost 1.5 stone calorie counting and PT but I've put on a little bit over Xmas and I want to crack on and shift another 1.5 stone and SW really worked for me before. But old habits die hard and I'm already feeling despondent that the scales haven't moved yet so could do with a hand hold!
