Wagamamma's - can it be low syn?

I am having lunch at Wagamamma's tomorrow. I've heard Chicken Katsu curry is around 27syns. I am veggie though but the food there looks very high syn apart from boiled rice and Edamame beans!

Can anyone recommend anything there that won't ruin my syn allowance for a week? Thanks!

Chicken ramen? 3.5 syns. If you look at their online nutrition menu it’s pretty easy to work out anything…
Grams of fat x 9 calories.
Grams of sugar x 4 calories.
Add these two numbers together.
Then divide by 20 for the number of syns (a syn is 20 cals).
Enjoy!

There’s a pad Thai thing that’s 15, and a couple of noodle things at 11... not entirely sure what they actually are though, lol.

But if you look through the menu and look up stuff dish by dish it shows up. Just don’t bother looking up stuff you know is going to be high in syns like katsu.

That’s not how it works... the chicken ramen is 10 syns.
