Hi all.

I've decided to embark on SW. I did it years ago when it was red and green and did quite well

However, I'm currently bigger than I've ever been and very uncomfortable with it.
I used to hate going to group but felt the weighing kept me disciplined.

Online wasn't really a thing then and I wonder those of you who do online only, how do you stay self disciplined?

Online would suit my lifestyle better due to shift work and the simple fact that I just despised going.

And I assume green days have gone??? Nooooo Shock

Hi katesbushh I've never done SW online but I was a WW member for years and the reason I recently joined SW was because my local WW meeting closed and I just could get motivated without the physical weigh in. I much prefer the WW meetings, I hate the SW bit where they go round EVERY person. But it seems to be working. The group I've joined does a chat, this week about strategies for eating out, before the creeping death bit. Could you get weighed, stay a while then leave? Could you weigh weekly at Boots and print off the reading? Hopefully this has bumped your post if nothing else!

online is shit, you don't really get much, but classes irritate me too. I am trying to do it on my own now as I know what I need to do from previous experience.
