On plan half term

Anyone got any tips / plans for an on plan half term?

We are planning on a few walks, I'm hoping to fit in some gym sessions.

We have some birthdays in the family so I'll just try to have a small slice of cake and wise choices with takeaway, I think chicken in black bean with boiled rice is 8 syns? I'll miss my usual chicken chow mein though but I think it's too oily??

Couple of days out planned so I'll try to make some packed lunch things that are on plan. I like the ham and egg "muffins" and am debating trying a SW Spanish omlette

We are having an evening hot picnic and walk one night so we are planning hotdogs (in a thermos) that night and I've bought slimming world sausages for me and I'll try to have a bun as my hex b that day I really like the m and s mini rolls and apparently 2 are a hex b.

Just hoping for a maintain this week! Highly doubt a loss and that's fine, holidays are for relaxing a bit.

That sounds really good! You’ve got this

Half term is only my second week on plan so I’m planning to be totally on it. But being at home means I can cook more easily and get out for walks etc. I’m planning to stick to my usual breakfast and evening snack to try and avoid bacon sandwiches or night time chocolate sneaking in.
