Hey,
I have re-joined slimming world this week having lost 2.5 stone on it about 5 years ago.
I don't think my body is used to eating this much fruit and veg and feel really bloated, with my stomach making a lot of loud noises.
Any suggestions on how to minimise this? I am conscious that it may just be my body adapting but it is fairly uncomfortable!
