Slimfast scoop missing!

Probably the most ridiculous question on this site.

I bought a big tub of slimfast and the scoop is missing. It says to put 2 scoops of powder in with the milk. My question is, would that be 2 table spoons, or 2 tea spoons?

Again, sorry for the ridiculous question. It's driving me mad!

Does the tub say how heavy or how much is in a scoop?

Myneighboursnorlax · 15/09/2021 11:34

Are you sure it’s missing? There’s usually a red scoop hiding in there but it’s often under the powder.

Wonder if it’s to get rid of plastic! Had a few things missing like that recently like pasta pots without the plastic spoon. Maybe they’ve got rid of them?

Moreorless3 · 15/09/2021 12:15

Thanks everyone for responding! It doesn't say, just says add 2 level scoops of powder. I've emptied the tub into a big bowl just In case it was at the bottom and it's still missing. Probably just my bad luck 😂

Ring them and they might send you a complimentary box!

BareVanilla · 15/09/2021 12:17

Google says 1 scoop equates to 2 tablespoons

PumpkinKlNG · 15/09/2021 12:21

The scoops are big when I used them I would definitely say more table spoon than tea spoon, I would use two heaped tablespoons

dementedpixie · 15/09/2021 12:23

Does it not say in the nutrition facts how much is in a serving size? Some pictures on Google suggest 26g is in a scoop

NothingIsWrong · 15/09/2021 12:25

Does it say how many servings in the pack? Divide the total weight of the pack by the number of servings and then weigh it out?

dementedpixie · 15/09/2021 12:27

Slimfaat website says
↕1 serving = 286.5ml (36.5g powder + 250ml of skimmed milk).

Can you see that anywhere on the tub near the nutritional info?

Yiah98 · 16/07/2025 22:01

1/4 cup. Since this is the only place I could find this I decided to answer. I had the same problem, asked Slimfast, and their answer is about 1/4 cup. The container says 26 grams.
