Finally after 32 years of yo-yo dieting with WW, I've taken the plunge and am trying slimming world instead. WW is just not working anymore and I'm bored with it, so I give up too easily. And besides, 32 years after first getting to goal, here I am with over 3 stone to lose again
The meeting was great but SO different to my WW mind so it will take some getting used to! Would love to hear your "must haves"! One thing I can't find in the bumph is turkey rashers - does anyone know what these would be? And chicken sausages - can't find those with
