Hi all!
I'm rejoining on Monday. I've been a member before and I got down to my target weight and was so healthy and happy but then I had a baby but I just can't shift this last stone!
I'm after some syn free/low syn grazing ideas? I broke a filling on skinny whip last time so I darent have another but it's something like that I'm after! I just want a mid morning or afternoon snack which isn't fruit or salad sticks 🙈 Any tips or tricks?

Lindahl quark yoghurts are my favourite planned "elevensies". Half a syn each, really filling especially if topped with fruit. Better, in my opinion, than Muller lights!
Pre cooked chopped up chicken pieces coated in paprika and chilli powder.
If you're not using your hex a (you get two now if you haven't been for a while) elsewhere, chop cheese up into tiny squares and nibble on them alongside something else (baby corn chopped up raw is my favourite atm).
Snack a jacks (multipacks) 4 syns
Tunnocks tea cakes (5syns I think)
I've been making these crazy cucumber platters for something crunchy 😂 cucumber slices, spread out like crackers on a plate and I top some with thin slices of cheese and ham, some with tuna and a bit of mayo, some with slices of egg. Then I feel like I'm having mini finger buffet foods as snacks instead of crisps and biscuits etc.
Heck chicken Italiana sausages cooked and chopped up in the fridge to nibble on for savoury.
Milky way crispy rolls are 6.5 syns a pack.
Interested to see what other people have!
