I've done slimming World twice before and ideally don't want to have to pay out again. I have always done the extra easy plan and generally remember what foods are free and what are superfree and what kind of foods need synning.
What I can't remember is the dairy and other section.
Could someone please remind me how many portions of each I am allowed. I have no special requirements.
