I have tried SlimmingWorld before and had success.

I love the fact I can cook with out measuring everything, but I fall off the wagon as I love bread, chocolate and biscuits!

Anyway after losing 5 stone a few years ago, I have put it all back on, I am determined to lose weight for a few big holidays planned next year.

I am actually scared to weigh myself, but tomorrow is day 1

I have cooked a nice Dahl & pasta sauce for the freezer and tried to eat all my chocolates Grin

Just don't weigh yourself this week. Make small changes. I stared 2 weeks ago with 4 stone to lose after huge gain over 2 yrs. Downloaded pod casts for walking and e books which have resulted in longer walks. Gone low carb and treats on weekends. Feeling a difference already..

I've gone back to the gym a couple of weeks ago and already feel healthier even though I'm still eating stupid amounts of chocolate!
