Minimum Weight to start SW?

Hi. I have done SW in the past and am planning to join again this week - I go with a friend. However, I have lost quite a bit of weight in lockdown (I know, bizarre!) and I don't want to be turned away. I would still like to lose about a stone, which would take me to a BMI of 21 (23 currently). I can't seem to find the information anywhere, does anyone here know?

It depends o the healthy range for your height. Contact your consultant and they will help. I would think carefully about why you want to lost this weight though. Your BMI is already well in normal range.

I think you have to want to lose at least 7 pounds.
But be guided by Consultant re healthy BMI range: maybe contact the Consultant for advice?

I'm the same, they wee happy to take your £5.95 as long as you have 7lb to lose before you are under BMI of 20.
