Just that really.

Can anyone recommend SW meals that are quick and easy to put together with minimal cooking needed?

So far I have jacket spud with various toppings, pasta, and some form of eggs. All with extra veg / salad.

Iceland do frozen slimming world ready meals for nights when you're short on time to cook.

This recipe for fried rice is good www.goodto.com/recipes/slimming-world-special-egg-fried-rice Even better with frozen cooked prawns added with the peas. If I’m in a real rush, I use a couple of packets of microwave rice.

Dog out the slow cooker and do some batch cooking. I do Turkey meatballs in Tom sauce, spicy chilli, chicken curry, lasagne. All good go to meals for batch cooking.

Stir fries are my go to if I’m short on time/inspiration. Frozen quorn chicken style pieces and frozen ready-sliced veg saves on a load of prep.

Thanks all.

I do have a slow cooker and use it to make chilli very often. It's easy to do so will look into more recipes I think.

I've been meaning to get to Iceland. Always nice to have something in the freezer instead of turning to takeout when I can't be bothered to cook.
