Linda McCartney! I'm not a veggie but honestly I prefer them as they are syn free and tastier than the SW one brand or the low syn chicken or pork options. If you're eating them with gravy or having them for breakfast with bacon and beans they are the absolute bomb x

Another vote for the Linda McCartney sausages (it's the red onion and rosemary ones that are syn-free).
Richmond meat free sausages are 1.5 syns each and are delicious.
I'm not vegetarian, but these are my favourites.

Aldi chicken thin ones 1 each

picklemewalnuts · 31/03/2021 07:44

Lidl 3% fat
Proper pork banger, 1 syn.

The slimming world burgers at Iceland are fab, by the way.

picklemewalnuts · 31/03/2021 07:44

Also, make a sausage patty out of 5%fat pork mince, a bit of thyme and pepper. That's great in a muffin.

RaiderOfTheKitchenCupboard · 31/03/2021 14:24

I’ve tried the Aldi and Lidl 3% skinny sausages and think the Lidl ones are better. Both half a syn each.

mooseinthehoos · 01/04/2021 09:36

I love the Heck chicken Italia chipolatas , they're half a syn each

Bomchiccawick · 01/04/2021 18:52

Yes the heck chicken Italia are my favourites too!

PurpleFlower1983 · 28/04/2021 06:30

Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself Cumberland are 1 syn each.

MadeOfStarStuff · 06/05/2021 18:34

Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion are my favourite (I’m not veggie but they’re still lovely)

DaphneDeloresMoorhead · 19/07/2021 20:01

M&S ones are my preference but I only eat them occasionally, I'm not a sausage lover.
Second the chicken Italia comment - love these
