Just started SW after previously have had success with it. Been doing low carb/Keto for about a year but recently been eating too much carb and high fat it’s a recipe for weight gain so that’s where I am.
Im on day 3 and absolutely starving and can’t help but think gosh I never felt hungry on Keto.
By the time I get to mealtime I absolutely starving and just eat eveything I can (and allowed to)
Anyone else in the same boat and can tell me how long til my body is adjusted??
