Restarting again and so upset by the scales

I knew I had put on lots of weight as nothing fits me. But decided I was going to restart this week so rejoined Sw on line and weighed my self today abs was horrified I weigh 16 st 10 !

I lost a few years ago and got down to 11 stone which was brilliant but can't believe how much I weigh now.

I have cooked tonight's Sw chilli but really upset with myself. I know it's my own fault as I have been eating so many biscuits and lots of bread and unhealthy things but I wasn't expecting it to be this much weight.

Does anyone want to be a Sw buddy ?

Is this the way forward for you? If SW or any other diet worked, would you need to repeat?
Think of learning to drive....you don't start crashing into cars after a few months do you?

Speaking as someone who has dieted for years and now weighs more than ever.

Yes I think it is as SW is not calorie counting but cooking and eating differently. I also exercised 2 / 3 times a week per COVID but not gone to a class since last March

I never do before pics or measurements and regret it but I get in denial. Weighing is same x
