I am determined to restart next Monda, need to lose 5st again. I've done it before so know it works but with Covid and recently got a new job I am working usually until 6 / 6.30 and then need to start dinner for the family.
So decided half term will be perfect for getting organised and making/ freezing meals for the week.
I have three children and one is very fussy.
Meals they like include:
Spag Bol
Pasta and meatballs
Wraps
Fajitas
Curry either jar of korma or tikka masala
Roast
Any ideas for meals I can freeze and any child friendly curry recipes would be great. Thanks
