Help
I seem to be buying FF Natural & Greek Yoghurts, FF Fromage Frais & Quark every week for SW recipes. I'm wondering if they all do the same thing. I notice on IG , for example, that some people use Greek yoghurt & some use Fromage Frais to add into a carbonara. So, I'm wondering if, when a recipe asks for natural yoghurt for eg, if I could add one of the others and vice versa - saves me buying so many alternatives. Thanks

Yes I agree! They all do the same job.

I’ve only ever bought and used yogurt. Everything has turned out fine

I use whichever i have in, they all seem similar. I think quark and ff can withstand a higher temp without splitting eg in a creamy sauce or curry.

Thanks stepawayfromtheecclescake I had wondered about the cooking temps of each.
