Day 1. I stand on the scales. My weight changed by 1.5 pounds. Not bad. My weight is now 222.5 lbs. There are 98,5 lbs left to throw off. There is a beginning).

By the way, my appetite decreased when taking a fat burner. But if my friends offered me chocolate sticks, I would hardly refuse).

Day 2 my weight loss. Friends, I lost almost 2 pounds today. I got on the scales and was pleasantly surprised. I now weigh 220.5 pounds. There are 96.5 pounds left to lose.

233lbs this morning... it feels like the first time since March that the number on the scales has actually gone down so I'll take that as a little winGrin

I've gone low carb because I can't seem to control myself around bread... one slice is never enough

Posted too soon... was reading a blog yesterday and the lady writing about her weight loss, said one thing that helped her immensely was rewarding a good losd with something other than food ie. A manicure, new book or some other non-food 'well done'. Struck me as a good idea to start training your body and brain out of the 'I deserve this packet of crisps, I've been so good this week' mentality

Following. I'm around 200lb, had COVID last month and lost 6lb in 10 days so thought this was a good time to make a start for the zillionth time. Despite going low carb and very low sugar the scales have hardly moved. What fat burner are you using OP?

229 this morning, which I'll take as a little winSmile. The number seems to be moving rather slowly but I have to keep remembering it's "slow and steady that wins the race".
Slightly dreading the whole Christmas dinner thing.. at least it's only us this year, so there won't be any snotty comments when I bypass the spuds
