I’m not a very braggy person (usually focusing very much on the negative) but today I gained my 5 stone award and I cannot stop smiling 
I started SW four years ago and after a very up and down journey due to personal circumstances I restarted in January and in 11 months I’m five stone down.
I’m so excited and just wanted to shout about it somewhere!!!
