Ok so my friend has chosen to go to a Sri Lankan restaurant for her birthday on Saturday and I am stressing about it because it is one of those sharing places so I might not get much control over what is ordered. A lot of the food seems to be fried/creamy curries. Does anyone have experience of Sri Lankan food and can point me in the direction of some healthier options? I know it's only one meal but I'm also out for dinner on Friday too.
