We like a takeaway once a month... what are the best options? Our go to is Chinese, Indian or chip shop!

Chinese or Indian rice option obviously the best would be boiled rice.

Indian - avoid creamy sauces so I would suggest something like meat done in the tandoor with boiled rice.
Chinese - avoid deep fried. Stir fried is the way forward.

Sorry I can't be more specific, I live very remotely so take away isn't an option here (not sure if that's a good thing or not!)

I like a Chinese takeaway occasionally.
Beef in black bean sauce (8 syns) with boiled rice (free).

Chinese chicken and mushrooms with boiled rice 9.5 syns

Don't know if you're open to
It but we have a Turkish. It's essentially rice salad and grilled meat. It's one of my fave takeaways anyway before sw. and it tends to be the lowest in syns

I get a tray of chicken or lamb doner meat. Use my own hex wrap and salad
